Tips on how to prevent and deal naturally with pain
  1. Prevention : wear appropriate shoes (and protection if sparing)
  2. Hydrate properly to dehydration leading to headaches/migraines
  3. Oxygenate : go outdoors for a brisk walk to breath in some fresh oxygen
  4. Eat the right foods: a diet too rich in sugars and bad fats will create imbalance in your body which might result in illness. Home cooked is best.
  5. Try external natural herbal remedies before reaching for painkillers such as  Tei Fu Lotion
