We forget to do this very simple thing in this Modern life full of hassles, deadlines, frustrations, and demands>

We forget to listen to our bodies.

Sometimes to a point where our bodies break down …Similar to a car: when you keep ignoring a light flashing for a defect , eventually your car will break down. 

Very often , it’s easier and quicker to act before it gets more serious. Stress / overwork is a major factor. Stress is a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way. 


Here are few physical signs you might want to watch for :
  • Emotional signs : Moodiness, Irritability or short temper,Agitation, inability to relax,Feeling overwhelmed,Sense of loneliness and isolation, Depression or general unhappiness
  • Physical signs : Aches and pains / migraines, diarrhea or constipation, Nausea, dizziness, Chest pain, rapid heartbeat, Loss of sex drive,Frequent colds

Step 1:  recognise / admit these symptoms and make a point to address this issue before it gets worse or more serious
Step 2: act early > book a lifestyle analysis with us today ! Be active, take control, connect with people, have some “me” time, accept things you can’t change, be kind to yourself, get professional help/support, reconnect with yourself and include meditation in daily routine.
Step 3: keep monitoring and keeping a healthy balance. Get a prevention routine in place for you and all your family !
