We forget to do this very simple thing in this Modern life full of hassles, deadlines, frustrations, and demands>

We forget to listen to our bodies.

Sometimes to a point where our bodies break down …Similar to a car: when you keep ignoring a light flashing for a defect , eventually your car will break down. 

Very often , it’s easier and quicker to act before it gets more serious. Stress / overwork is a major factor. Stress is a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way. 


Here are few physical signs you might want to watch for :
  • Emotional signs : Moodiness, Irritability or short temper,Agitation, inability to relax,Feeling overwhelmed,Sense of loneliness and isolation, Depression or general unhappiness
  • Physical signs : Aches and pains / migraines, diarrhea or constipation, Nausea, dizziness, Chest pain, rapid heartbeat, Loss of sex drive,Frequent colds

Step 1:  recognise / admit these symptoms and make a point to address this issue before it gets worse or more serious
Step 2: act early > book a lifestyle analysis with us today ! Be active, take control, connect with people, have some “me” time, accept things you can’t change, be kind to yourself, get professional help/support, reconnect with yourself and include meditation in daily routine.
Step 3: keep monitoring and keeping a healthy balance. Get a prevention routine in place for you and all your family !

Brown doesn’t mean Wholemeal! 

“Wholemeal” is a term used in the UK
“Wholegrain” and “whole-wheat” are terms used in the US

So you might be thinking that you are one of the good guys munching on your ‘brown bread’ – well don’t be tricked…just because it says ‘brown bread’ doesn’t necessarily mean it is any different to white bread or much better! 
Check out the ingredients on the side of the packet and make sure you know exactly what you’re putting into your mouth. 
If you see enriched/wheat flour then forget it – this is exactly the same things they put into white bread so you won’t be getting the benefits of the wholemeal goodness! Processed = stripped of natural goodness ...

As a basic rule of thumb the few ingredients the better so keep that in mind the next time you’re out shopping for bread.
Brown does not mean bread is made from whole wheat. Brown bread is often a mixture of white flour and whole-wheat flour with added ingredients for colour, such as caramel.
So bewarrrreeee of the overly used terminology "brown" > read the labels !!!! Or make your own at home :)

An amazing 1:1 practise session





Transformational Bodyworks private 1:1 practise session

Today I went to visit a very good friend of mine to do a  Transformational Bodyworks private 1:1 practise session with her.

I was quite looking forward to it as every session is different.

My friend being open minded really helped Transformational Bodyworks session.
We did it outdoors with was a first for me as I have so far done it indoors so I had to adjust to the wind sensation and the heat of the sun sensation. Once I got to focus I really got into it and the session was really a great eye opener for my friend and some great things came out of this session.
I was worried that nothing would come out of it as I am still learning but everything came into place and some great insight came too !

A really pleasant, uplifting session full of hope for my good friend.

I feel so much joy for her as this is going to make her grow as a person, allow her to cope with the life challenges and find peace.

Life on earth can be amazing !

"Bare faced for breast cancer" or "Race for Life" Events

Let me explain why I will not participate in "Bare faced for breast cancer" or "Race for Life" races ...
I am best placed to talk about this subject as it is very close to my heart: I lost my mother and one of my sister to breast cancer and last year I had 2 biopsies done on 2 breast lumps...

So let me explain my concern:
The best thing that we can DO to help is PREVENTION . Yes EDUCATING people in living better, taking all the possible measures to PREVENT any disease including Cancer.

Yes, genes are a big factor BUT believe me when I say 80% is down to your LIFESTYLE : preventative eating, low stress living, regular exercise.

I was having this conversation with a Medical Doctor not so long ago ...but they have been brainwashed to cure instead of working on PREVENTING disease. What a shame ! Our society is after quick fixes and miracle cures but the truth is down to US > yes our daily actions, our daily decisions WILL impact on our HEALTH.


 invest in your health

Also all the money collected from all these charity events for Cancer is used for Pharmaceutical Research. Surely they should have found an effective cure by now will all this money invested !!! Because chemotherapy is NOT an effective cure > it will guarantee longer living but to what cost ? to its quality of life ? I have seen my sister suffer for 5 years battling with cancer. I have seen my mum in PAIN suffering on chemotherapy. If I were faced with this decision I would refuse chemo to live fully the rest of my living days.

What I am saying is : help in the prevention of disease, let's address the issues of all these huge manufacturers who are allowed to sell all these toxic products on the market which are making people sick, pharmaceutical companies making money at the detriment of the population. 
Are the Pharmaceutical companies giving the cures / drugs for free ? 
YES it is a money making system to the very high cost of people's lives. 

Invest in YOUR health everyday !
Invest in YOUR family PREVENTION > EDUCATE your children in Healthy Lifestyle choices and NOT the easy lifestyle choices.
Invest in YOURSELF & YOUR FAMILY (Not the pharmaceutical companies)  > 

  • It might cost you a little bit more to buy organic foods
  • It might require you a little bit more time to cook at home
  • It might require some weekly planning adjustments to fit in your daily exercise and for all the family
but PREVENTION is KEY my friends :)

Getting children to eat

vegetables is never easy !



Easy home made Vegetable gratin:
  1. wash, cut and pre-cook : steam (healthier option) or boil the vegetables,
  2. spread them in a oven proof dish and add some cheese. I like parmesan as it has a stronger taste or something softer in taste 
  3. season with salt and pepper and a little bit of oil over everything...
  4. leave to golden in the oven for 20 min or so ...

Loving yourself




Yes it’s that day of the year …Loved by some …hated by others… Overly commercialised !!!! but let’s talk about Love and Loving oneself ! Yes you heard me: loving oneself FIRST because you can’t love anyone else if you don’t love yourself first !
According to some definition, “loveable” is deserving love or affection. Let’s correct this: everyone deserves and IS Love. Yes everyone! It’s just realising it and accepting this truth that has been forgotten.
