Getting children to eat
vegetables is never easy !
Easy home made Vegetable gratin:
- wash, cut and pre-cook : steam (healthier option) or boil the vegetables,
- spread them in a oven proof dish and add some cheese. I like parmesan as it has a stronger taste or something softer in taste
- season with salt and pepper and a little bit of oil over everything...
- leave to golden in the oven for 20 min or so ...
