Sounds pretty scary sometimes...
I decided to this blog - although I
already have other blogs - because this one is going to be dedicated in sharing
with you my friends my journey to healthier living. The ups and downs, inside
and out, upward and downward > mmmm...confused? It will become clearer as we
go along...
Start of a Monday morning:
Always very hectic after lounging and
relaxing Sunday it's always difficult to go from neutral gear to fourth gear
because this is what Mondays feels like !!!!
First thing I try to do is get into the
right frame of mind and set the tone of the day / week with a healthy breakfast
option. I realised over the years that not only s breakfast very important to
set your blood sugar level right, get your energy from proper healthy clean
food but it also sets me into my daily/weekly healthy eating mode.
I realised that if I start my day with a
rushed unhealthy breakfast >> it drives my healthy living mode to zero
> 0
Whereas, when I start my day with a clean,
nutritious breakfast - one of my favourite is protein pancake - it sets my healthy living focus to
10/10.
